Privacy Policy

This notice explains how LiquidNets handles personal information when you visit our website, contact us, book a call or use our advisory services. The person responsible and our contact details are set out under Legal and contact details below.
Information we collect
When you contact us or book a call, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company, role, website and the challenge you want to discuss. The booking form identifies required fields; without them, we cannot arrange your call through Calendly. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information or confidential client data at this stage.
If we work together, we also process correspondence, meeting and project information, agreed deliverables, and billing records relevant to the engagement. This website does not currently take payments or collect card details.
How and why we use information
To answer enquiries, arrange calls and discuss services. For someone seeking services personally, the lawful basis is taking steps at their request before a contract. For business representatives, it is our legitimate interest in managing business enquiries and relationships.
To provide and administer agreed advisory work. The basis is contract where you are the client, or our legitimate interest in serving and communicating with an organisational client.
To meet tax, accounting and other legal requirements. The basis is legal obligation.
To protect the service and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The basis is our legitimate interests.
We do not currently use enquiry or booking details for email marketing or make decisions about you solely by automated means.
Who handles information
We use Framer to host this website, Calendly for bookings, and Google Calendar and Google Meet to organise and hold calls. These providers process information to supply their services and may also process it for their own purposes. See the privacy notices for Framer, Calendly and Google. We may also disclose relevant information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Website analytics and cookies
Framer's built-in analytics provides aggregate website usage information. Framer states that this service uses no cookies or persistent identifiers and does not identify individual visitors. Our booking links open Calendly's external service, where its own privacy and cookie notices apply.
International processing
Our service providers may process information outside the UK. Calendly describes its US hosting and contractual transfer safeguards in its international transfer information. Google explains its transfer arrangements in its data transfer frameworks. Contact us for further information about safeguards relevant to your information.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as needed for its purpose. We consider whether an enquiry remains active, the length of any engagement, necessary follow-up, legal and tax record-keeping duties, and relevant claim periods. We then delete or anonymise information where appropriate.
Your rights and concerns
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive your personal information, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the details below to exercise a right or raise a concern. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Not every right applies in every situation.
Keeping this notice up to date
We will update this notice when our services or use of personal information changes. The date above shows the latest revision.
