These policies explain how introductory calls and advisory engagements with LiquidNets work.

Introductory calls

Our 30-minute introductory conversation is free and carries no obligation to proceed. We use it to understand your business challenge, explore whether our advisory services are a suitable fit and identify a possible next step. It does not include detailed analysis, written recommendations or implementation, and booking a call does not create a paid engagement.

Book an available time through Calendly. Your confirmation provides the meeting details and links to cancel or reschedule. There is no cancellation or missed-call fee for introductory calls. Please let us know if you cannot attend so the time can be made available to someone else.

Paid advisory engagements

Our services may include an advisory session with written next steps, a strategy and roadmap engagement, or ongoing advisory support. We focus on helping directors and management teams make informed data science and AI decisions. Hands-on implementation is outside the current advisory offering.

Before paid work begins, we agree the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timing, availability and fees in writing. Website descriptions are an introduction to the services, not a commitment to a particular engagement.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

Payment methods, payment schedules, any deposit, and any cancellation, rescheduling or refund arrangements will be set out in the written proposal or engagement agreement before you commit. We do not currently take payments through this website. No deposit or cancellation charge applies simply because you book an introductory call.

Changes to agreed work

If the scope, timing or deliverables need to change, we will agree the change and any effect on fees in writing. The engagement agreement will also explain arrangements for pausing or ending the work. Its agreed terms govern that engagement, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates to these policies

We may update this page as our services develop. Changes will not alter an existing engagement without agreement. The date above shows the latest revision.
